Delivery Options

Deliveries will normally be received within 3-5 working days subject to stock availability
Next day or Saturday delivery options are available upon request at additional cost. We do not offer deliveries on bank holidays. Cut off time for next day deliveries is 12:30pm
Collections
You are welcome to collect your order from our premises during our normal office hours, subject to stock availability. Please give us at least 1 hours’ notice for administration to avoid waiting.

Returns T&C’s
Damaged Items Received
You must mark the delivery note “goods received damaged” and notified to us within 24 hours. Collection of the damaged product will be arranged and following inspection a credit note or replacement supplied.
Incorrect Items Ordered
If you find that you have ordered the incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. The item(s) must be returned to us at your cost within 7 working days, in the original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Items that are returned unfit for resale or do not match the original order will not be refunded.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied, this may be waived if similar value exchange goods are ordered.
Any items returned after 7 days working days will be credited up to 50% of the original value.
Credits
Credit Account Customers
If you require a refund and have a credit account with us, a credit note will be applied to your account.
Direct Debit / Credit Card Payments
If you require a refund and have paid by your debit/credit card this will be reimbursed directly onto the card used.
